The Artist
After twenty years advocating for human justice, I traded my lawyer’s robe for a workshop smock. Yesterday Maître Poujade, today Corinne Masliah: I sign my pieces “Jadelia”, a bridge-name combining the last syllable of Poujade and Masliah, a nod to my two lives.
In my workshop, epoxy resin embraces ceramic, glass converses with paint. From this alchemy, Judaica and home art pieces are born – mezuzahs, challah boards, candlesticks, trivets – designed to beautify everyday life.
Each creation encapsulates a small world: glass beads, clay, shells, wood, or patinated metal, sealed under a crystalline sheen.
No two pieces are alike: your Jadelia is an original.
