1. Nature of the Artwork

Jadelia creations are handmade artistic pieces, and each item is unique.

Slight variations in color, texture, shape or small bubbles may appear.

These characteristics are natural and do not constitute a defect.

2. Defects & Inspection

Customers must check the item upon delivery.

Returns are accepted only in case of:

• a major visible defect, or
• damage during transport (reported within 48 hours, with photos).

Artisanal variations do not qualify for a return or refund.

3. Personalized Orders

Personalized creations:

• require written confirmation,
• involve a timeframe of 15 to 60 days (or longer for complex artworks),
• cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once the work has begun.

4. Shipping Times

• In-stock items: shipped within 7–8 days.
• Personalized orders: shipped once the artwork is completed.

5. Delivery

If the address is incorrect, the customer is absent during a confirmed delivery slot, or the parcel is unclaimed:

or free pickup at the Caesarea studio.

6. Epoxy Resin – Care Instructions

Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat, prolonged immersion, solvents, alcohol, or abrasives.

Clean with a soft damp cloth.

Natural evolution of materials may occur over time.

7. Returns

Accepted only for:

• major proven defect,
• transport damage (within 48h).

Not accepted: artisanal variations, change of mind, personalized orders.

8. Payment

Full payment required.

Accepted methods: Bit, bank transfer, credit card, secure international payments.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, texts and artworks are the exclusive property of Jadelia Art Studio.

10. Personal Data

Customer data is used only to process orders and is never shared.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Israeli law.
